Leadership And Capacity Building Workshops

Throughout the year, we conducted leadership and capacity-building workshops for girls. These workshops were focused on improving the leadership and decision-making skills of girls so that they could not only dream of a better future but begin making efforts to achieve these aspirations. We encourage girls to dream of becoming independent from their male counterparts by making their own decisions and earning their own living. If this is achieved, it automatically reduces the cases of gender-based violence, child marriages, dowry and drop-out rates of girls from school. During the workshops, girls are informed about various legislations which are in place to safeguard the rights of women which gives them confidence that others are supporting and protecting them in these efforts.
